One of my favorite parts of being in real estate is giving client appreciation gifts.

I love, love, love being able to express gratitude in a way that’s personal, meaningful, and deeply connected to each client’s journey.

From the first meeting, I’m listening not just to what’s said, but what’s felt. Every home tour, every conversation, every detail shared helps me understand the people I serve.

By the time we get to the closing table, I know their story and that makes every gift an extension of that relationship.

Listening Beyond the Transaction

Client appreciation starts long before closing day.

As we walk through homes together, we pay attention to what clients say about design, memories, and lifestyle…even the small comments they might not realize they’re making.

When it comes time to celebrate their closing, I use those observations to choose a gift that says: “I see you. I hear you. And I’m so proud of how far you’ve come.” Sometimes the gift comes on closing day, and sometimes not for many weeks. We like our clients to know the relationship never ends at the closing table.
