As I step into 2026, I’ve been thinking deeply about what I’m going to do and more importantly, how I’m going to do it.

If you’ve known me for five minutes, you already know I love people and I love serving people. But here’s my truth, I’ve never been great at creating systems for how I do it.

This year, that changed. Next year, I’m excited to build on that change.

With the help of my coach, I’ve been challenged to put better systems and processes in place not just for me, but for my clients and my team.

Building Systems That Serve People Better

At HART Realty Team, we believe real estate is about more than contracts and closings, it’s about connection. But great service doesn’t happen by accident. It happens through intentional systems that make every client feel valued, supported, and informed. Our brains can store a lot, but at some point, we will break down.

Right now, I’m focusing on developing processes that let me do what I love — serve people in a more consistent and scalable way.

Because if I want to train my assistants and colleagues to be the best they can be, I have to create structure.
They each deserve to know what a Monday looks like, what a Tuesday looks like…not wait for me to “figure it out” on the fly.

Systems Create Freedom

It might sound counterintuitive, but structure actually creates freedom.

When your systems handle the small stuff, you have time and mental space to focus on people, not paperwork.

That’s what I owe to myself, my clients, and my team. When everyone knows what to expect, the whole business runs smoother and clients feel that stability in every interaction.

From Reactive to Proactive

I used to start my day by reacting, checking messages, fielding calls, and trying to remember everything in my head.

Now, my goal is to move from reactive to proactive.
To build systems that anticipate needs instead of constantly putting out fires.

Because being a great real estate agent isn’t about doing more, it’s about doing what matters better.
