She started out by immediately expressing her professionalism and expertise when discussing selling our homes with us. She was realistic, aggressive (in a good way), and optimistic, but she based all of this on her knowledge, expertise, and research. She always stuck to her word, and she sold BOTH of our homes the first weekend on the market with multiple offers and well above asking price. She should also be celebrated for her extreme patience and support, even when we had our own personal worries and stressful moments.
